目的分析某医科院校学生艾滋病(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)相关知识态度课堂教学干预效果,为探讨有效的艾滋病课堂教学干预模式提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取三、四年级本科生及研一学生共280名,集中研究对象,由专家结合课堂教学进行AIDS相关知识专题讲座,并于讲座前后进行问卷调查,分析评价课堂教学干预模式的效果。结果干预前医学生对AIDS三大传播途径已普遍掌握,但对传播途径具体细节知晓率低;对非传播途径和具体预防方法认识有误;医学生对HIV感染者存有一定歧视;临床/护理和公共卫生/管理类专业学生干预后相关知识知晓率、态度正向率得到提高。结论医学生对AIDS相关知识态度总体正确率不高;课堂教学干预模式有明显效果,应予以推广。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of class teaching interventions on AIDS related knowledge and attitude among students in a medical college and to provide basis for the effective teaching mode of AIDS classroom teaching. Methods By stratified cluster random sampling method, a total of 280 junior and senior high school students were enrolled in this study. The subjects were concentrated on the subject, special lectures on AIDS-related knowledge were made by experts combined with classroom teaching, and questionnaires were conducted before and after the lecture to analyze and evaluate Effect of classroom teaching intervention model. Results Before the intervention, the medical students had a general mastery of the three major routes of transmission of AIDS, but they did not know the specific details of the route of transmission. The understanding of the non-transmission routes and specific prevention methods was incorrect. The medical students were discriminated against HIV- Nursing and public health / management professional students after the intervention of knowledge related to knowledge, attitude, positive rate is improved. Conclusion The overall accuracy rate of AIDS-related knowledge and attitude towards medical students is not high; classroom teaching intervention mode has obvious effect and should be popularized.
