我们对蒙古栎橡子营养成分进行比较全面的测试研究的基础上,本文中又对其维生素含量和脂肪酸成分进行了分析。结果表明:蒙古栎橡子每100g含VB10.0725mg、VB20.0950mg、VC14.15mg、VA1.039mg;脂肪酸主要以亚油酸(50.98%)、油酸(29.41%)为主。
Based on a comparatively comprehensive study on the nutritional components of Quercus mongolica, we also analyzed its vitamin content and fatty acid composition. The results showed that Acorn mongolica contained VB10.0725mg, VB20.0950mg, VC14.15mg and VA1.039mg per 100g. The main fatty acids were linoleic acid (50.98%) and oleic acid (29.41%).
