为探究温度对嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌腐蚀Q235碳钢及HT150铸铁的影响,在温度为4、15、25、35、45℃时利用电子万能实验机、光学显微镜和电子天平等分别对Q235碳钢的抗拉强度和弯曲强度及HT150铸铁的抗压强度进行了测试。结果表明:嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌对Q235碳钢和HT150铸铁产生高效腐蚀的最适宜温度为15~45℃,在该温度条件下可实现有效的生物去除加工。
In order to explore the influence of temperature on the corrosion of Q235 carbon steel and HT150 cast iron by Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans, the effects of temperature on 4, 15, 25, 35 and 45 ℃ using electronic universal testing machine, optical microscope and electronic balance, Tensile strength and flexural strength of carbon steel and compressive strength of HT150 cast iron were tested. The results showed that the most suitable temperature for high-efficiency corrosion of Q235 carbon steel and HT150 cast iron by Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans was 15-45 ℃, and effective bioremediation could be achieved at this temperature.
