以 3 H- Td R掺入法和 Mc Ab间接免疫荧光法检测结节性血管炎患者细胞免疫功能 ,为探索结节性血管炎的免疫学发病机理提供实验依据。结果表明 :与健康对照组比较 ,结节性血管炎患者外周血 CD+3 、 CD+4 细胞数明显降低(P<0 .0 1) ,CD+8细胞百分率无明显变化 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,而 B+细胞数增高 (P<0 .0 1) ;PHA、Con A、PWM丝裂原刺激的淋巴细胞转化能力均低下 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 )。提示结节性血管炎存在免疫功能紊乱 ,推测其在结节性血管炎的发病中可能起重要作用
3 H-Td R incorporation method and Mc Ab indirect immunofluorescence assay in patients with nodular vasculitis cellular immune function, to explore the immunological pathogenesis of nodular vasculitis provide an experimental basis. The results showed that compared with healthy control group, the number of CD + 3 and CD + 4 cells in peripheral blood of patients with nodular vasculitis was significantly decreased (P <0.01), while the percentage of CD + 8 cells showed no significant change (P> 0.05). (P <0.01). The ability of PHA, Con A and PWM mitogen-stimulated lymphocyte transformation was lower (P <0.01 or P <0.05) . Prompt nodular vasculitis immune dysfunction, presumably in the pathogenesis of nodular vasculitis may play an important role
