药物用于终止早孕已广泛用于临床。为了进一步探讨孕囊大小与用药后流产效果、孕囊排出时间、出血多少等情况,我院采用B超监测的方法,对50例早孕健康妇女按孕囊大小分组进行对比观察。 1 材料与方法 1.1 对象:选择1997年全年在我院妇科门诊就诊的早孕、健康妇女,符合息隐和米索前列醇用药条件,年龄在40岁以下,停经50天以内,B超确诊宫内妊娠。 1.2 药物、仪器及使用方法:息隐每片25mg,口服。米索前列醇每片200μg,口服。B超使用日本岛津公司SDL—35型超声诊断仪,可监测胎囊直径≥5mm。 使用方法:服药前常规做B超,按胚囊直径大小分为三组。Ⅰ组:直径≤10mm,16例;Ⅱ组:直径在11～20mm之间,18例:Ⅲ组:直径在21～30mm之间,16例。均按同一服药方法即我院的经验服药法:第1天,早晨空腹服息隐1片(25mg),晚上空腹服2片(50mg);第2天同第1天服法;第3天早晨空腹服米索前列醇3片(60mg)。每次服药前后绝对禁食2小时以上。 1.3 判断标准:①完全流产:用药后妊娠物自然排出或经B超证实排出。②不全流产:用药后妊娠物未完全排出,B超证实仍有组织残留。③失败:妊娠物未排出,B超证实
Drugs used to terminate early pregnancy have been widely used clinically. In order to further explore the gestational sac size and abortion effect after treatment, gestational sac discharge time, bleeding and so on, our hospital using B-monitoring method, 50 cases of early pregnancy healthy women according to gestational sac size comparison. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Object: Select 1997 annual gynecology clinic in our hospital for early pregnancy, healthy women, in line with interest and misoprostol medication conditions, under 40 years of age, menopause within 50 days, the B-diagnosed Palace Internal pregnancy. 1.2 drugs, equipment and methods of use: interest hidden each piece of 25mg, oral. Misoprostol 200μg per tablet, orally. B-use Shimadzu SDL-35-type ultrasound diagnostic apparatus, fetal sac diameter can be monitored ≥ 5mm. Usage: B before taking conventional medication, according to the size of embryo sac is divided into three groups. Group Ⅰ: diameter ≤10mm, 16 cases; group Ⅱ: diameter between 11 ~ 20mm, 18 cases: group Ⅲ: diameter between 21 ~ 30mm, 16 cases. According to the same method of taking medication that is our hospital experience medication: the first day, the morning fasting information implicit 1 (25mg), empty stomach on the evening of 2 (50mg); 2 days with the first day of service; day 3 Morning empty stomach misoprostol 3 (60mg). Absolute fasting before and after each medication for more than 2 hours. 1.3 Criteria: ① complete abortion: After treatment, the natural discharge of the pregnancy or confirmed by B ultrasound discharge. ② incomplete abortion: pregnant women after treatment is not completely discharged, B-confirmed there is still tissue residue. ③ failure: pregnancy did not discharge, B super confirmed
