为开发一种降血压新药,向已麻醉的自发性高血压大鼠静脉注射沙蜇刺胞素200μg/kg,通过颈动脉插管测定并描记大鼠血压和心率的变化。结果表明:静脉注射一定剂量的沙蜇刺胞素,可使SHR血压和心率在短时间内明显下降,血压从原基础值(230.5±16.4)mmHg下降至(100.1±22.9)mmHg,心率从(485.1±12.3)BPM下降至(253.4±42.3)BPM。因此沙蜇刺胞素具有强降血压和降心率作用。
To develop a new hypotensive drug, anesthetized spontaneously hypertensive rats were injected intravenously sand stinger cystin 200μg / kg, measured by carotid artery cannulation and traced changes in blood pressure and heart rate in rats. The results showed that the blood pressure and heart rate of SHR decreased significantly after intravenous injection of a dose of sand sting cystin in a short time. The blood pressure decreased from (230.5 ± 16.4) mmHg to (100.1 ± 22.9) mmHg, 485.1 ± 12.3) BPM to (253.4 ± 42.3) BPM. So sand sting cyst has a strong antihypertensive and heart rate lowering effect.
