介绍了DFZY型钻探用超硬材料抗动载性能测试仪的总体结构、金刚石单晶及复合片抗动载测试原理、自动冲击装置、承冲杆调距装置和信号转换及软件设计。该仪器经过试验可靠性好，可直接用作钻头及冲击器冲击功的设计依据。
This paper introduces the general structure of dynamic testing device for DFZY drilling superhard material, the testing principle of diamond single crystal and composite anti-dynamic load, the automatic impact device, the pitch adjustment device of pick-up rod, the signal conversion and the software design. The instrument after testing reliability, can be used directly as a drill and impactor impact design basis.
