良好的测试性设计对散射通信小信号系统而言,可以有效地提高系统的维修性、保障性、降低对维修人员技术水平的要求。指出了测试性对散射通信小信号系统的重要性和必要性,详细介绍了散射通信小信号系统的固有测试性设计、机内测试(BIT)设计及相应的自动测试系统设计,将机内测试(BIT)设计与自动测试系统设计相结合有效提高了故障检测率与故障隔离率。随着散射通信技术的发展,进行机内测试(BIT)与自动测试(ATE)设计的同时,应积极将综合诊断技术、预测与健康管理技术应用于散射通信系统的关键模块,从而提高散射通信系统的任务可靠性。
Good test design for small signal scattering communication system, can effectively improve the system maintainability, security, reduce the technical level of maintenance personnel requirements. The importance and necessity of testability for small signal system of scattering communication are pointed out. The inherent test design, BIT design and corresponding automatic test system design of small signal system of scattering communication are introduced in detail. In-machine test (BIT) design and automatic test system design combined effectively improve the fault detection rate and fault isolation rate. Along with the development of scattering communication technology, while designing in-machine testing (BIT) and automatic testing (ATE), it should actively apply integrated diagnostic techniques, prediction and health management techniques to the key modules of the scattering communication system to improve the scattering communication System mission reliability.
