目的:研究栀子总苷(TGZ)对小剂量阿司匹林诱发胃粘膜损伤的保护作用。方法:采用TGZ(140,70,35mg/kg)与小剂量阿司匹林(5.0mg/kg)连续ig给药14d,观察胃粘膜损伤指数和胃粘膜血流量(GMBF),并同时检测血清丙二醛(MDA)的含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,以及胃粘膜的病理组织学变化。结果:TGZ用药组的胃粘膜损伤指数较模型对照组显著降低,胃粘膜局部血流量升高,同时能减轻胃组织炎细胞浸润,明显改善胃粘膜的病理组织学变化;与模型对照组比较,MDA含量降低,SOD活性明显提高。结论:栀子总苷对小剂量阿司匹林诱发的胃粘膜损伤有明显的保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of total glucosides of gardenia (TGZ) on gastric mucosal injury induced by low-dose aspirin. METHODS: TGZ (140, 70, 35 mg/kg) and low-dose aspirin (5.0 mg/kg) were administered continuously for 14 days. The gastric mucosal injury index and gastric mucosal blood flow (GMBF) were observed. Simultaneously, serum malondialdehyde was measured. (MDA) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, as well as histopathological changes in gastric mucosa. RESULTS: Compared with the model control group, the gastric mucosal injury index of the TGZ group was significantly lower, and the local blood flow in the gastric mucosa was increased. At the same time, the infiltration of gastric inflammatory cells was reduced, and the histopathological changes of the gastric mucosa were significantly improved. Compared with the model control group, MDA content decreased, SOD activity increased significantly. Conclusion: The total glucosides of Gardenia has obvious protective effect on gastric mucosal injury induced by low-dose aspirin.
