用速率散射比浊法测定42例原发性肝癌患者与68名健康对照者血清中的免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM及总轻链Kappa、Lambda水平。结果表明,原发性肝癌患者IgG、IgA、Kappa、Lambda含量均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.001),IgM明显高于对照组(P<0.02),而Kappa/Lambda比值与健康对照组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.1);结果提示血清中免疫球蛋白及轻链含量测定,可作为原发性肝癌的实验诊断指标和对患者体液免疫功能的评价与监测。
The levels of immunoglobulin IgG, IgA, IgM, and total light chain Kappa, Lambda in the serum of 42 patients with primary liver cancer and 68 healthy controls were determined by rate nephelometry. The results showed that the levels of IgG, IgA, Kappa and Lambda in patients with primary liver cancer were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group (P<0.001), and IgM was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.02), while the Kappa/Lambda ratio Compared with the healthy control group, the difference was not significant (P>0.1); the results suggested that the serum immunoglobulin and light chain content determination, can be used as experimental diagnostic indicators of primary liver cancer and humoral immune function evaluation of patients and monitor.
