铁是人体必需的金属元素,是血红蛋白的重要成分之一,铁代谢失常就可能发生贫血。本文仅介绍铁的代谢及其和贫血的关系。一、铁的代谢(一)铁的分布正常人体内的含铁量依年龄、性别、体重和血红蛋白含量不同而不同,其分布情况列表附于文末,供读者参考。(二)食物中铁的含量一般说来,动物性食物含铁高,植物性食物含铁量较低。表1列举了一些食物的含铁量,可供临床参考。(三)铁的吸收每天普通食物含铁约10~15毫
