本文介绍了Siemens CP342-5模块在青海省黄河苏只水电站中的应用,给出了CP342-5模块与倍加福绝对值型编码器基于PROFIBUS协议的通讯的实现方法,并对传统的基于PC、PLC、DCS产品的分布式控制系统的弊端和基于现场总线的自动化监控及信息集成系统的优点进行了分析。最后给出了Siemens CP342-5模块与多个智能编码器P+F Encoder主从式通信的实现程序。
This paper introduces the application of Siemens CP342-5 module in the Suhe Hydropower Station in the Yellow River in Qinghai Province, and presents the realization method of communication based on PROFIBUS protocol between CP342-5 module and Pepperl + Fuchs absolute encoders. The traditional PC- The disadvantages of distributed control system of PLC and DCS products and the advantages of automatic monitoring and information integration system based on field bus are analyzed. Finally, this paper presents the implementation procedure of master-slave communication between Siemens CP342-5 module and multiple intelligent encoder P + F Encoder.
