热输原油管道的动力能耗费用与热力能耗费用之和存在一个极小值。这一极值对应的原油加热温度称为经济温度。在实际生产中,为了把管线控制在能耗费用最低的范围内,确定经济温度常常是非常重要的问题。由于能耗费用受管径、输量、站间距、地温、油品粘度及加热温度的影响,本文只把加热温度视为总能耗费用的函数、而把其他参数视为常数,推导出原油呈牛顿流体时经济温度的数学计算式。通过东营-黄岛输油管道基本参数的实例运算,得出了经济温度随输量及地温的关系曲线。
