本文以田野调查和统计数据分析为基本研究方法,对迪庆州的民族宗教工作队伍现状、存在问题进行了详细的调查和分析,认为处理好民族宗教事务是迪庆州维护社会稳定的关键,要通过加强民宗事务管理队伍建设,切实提高迪庆州民族宗教事务的管理能力和管理水平。
Based on field investigation and statistical data analysis, this paper conducts a detailed investigation and analysis of the status quo and existing problems of ethnic and religious work teams in Diqing Prefecture. It holds that dealing with ethnic and religious affairs is the key to maintaining social stability in Diqing Prefecture. It is necessary to effectively improve the management ability and management level of Diqing state’s ethnic and religious affairs through strengthening the management of civilian affairs units.
