目的 建立高效液相色谱法同时测定鼻腔洗剂I号中甲硝唑和氯霉素含量的方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法。In tersilC18分析色谱柱 (4.6mmID× 2 5 0mm ,粒径 5 μm) ,流动相 :8%乙腈 -乙腈梯度洗脱 ,流速 1.6ml/min ,检测波长 2 86nm。 结果 甲硝唑和氯霉素的理论板数、分离度、线性关系和回收率等均达到定量测定要求。结论 用高效液相色谱法同时测定鼻腔洗剂I号中甲硝唑和氯霉素含量 ,操作简便 ,结果准确
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of metronidazole and chloramphenicol in nasal cavity lotion I by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods Using high performance liquid chromatography. In tersilC18 analytical column (4.6 mmID × 250 mm, particle size 5 μm), the mobile phase consisted of 8% acetonitrile-acetonitrile gradient with a flow rate of 1.6 ml / min and a detection wavelength of 2 86 nm. Results Metronidazole and chloramphenicol plate number, resolution, linearity and recovery, etc. all meet the quantitative determination requirements. Conclusions Simultaneous determination of metronidazole and chloramphenicol in nasal cavity lotion I by high performance liquid chromatography has the advantages of simple and convenient operation and accurate results
