本文研究了不同强度分米波段微波(MB)对各种内分泌腺区作用时免疫内分泌效应的感应.试验用体重2.5~3kg 家兔77只,以不同强度(120,240,480mW/cm~2)MB 作用.用直径0.4cm 园形陶瓷辐射器无间隙放于被照射组织,每日6分钟,一疗程10次。进行甲状腺、肾上腺投影区和高级植物神经中枢(下视丘和垂体)经脑照射.对照组《伪装》MB 照射.免疫用羊红细胞(2×10~9)在MB 疗程结束后10天静注,免疫接种后4天杀死.测定脾脏抗体形成细胞(AOK)数量、直接溶血素形成细胞、免疫玫瑰花形成细胞.淋巴组织增生程度以脾内有核细胞总量测定,以抗体-血球凝聚素滴度测血球凝集素反应,
