在二维轴对称弹塑性有限元中加入Archard磨损模型,并采用正交试验对摩擦系数、铜管坯料厚度和拉拔速度工艺参数进行分析。同时,分别对芯头、外模与铜管间的摩擦系数进行对比分析。结果显示,对模具磨损重要性依次为:摩擦系数、铜管坯料厚度和拉拔速度,铜管与外模间的摩擦系数升高,外模磨损越为严重,而铜管与芯头的摩擦系数提高则减缓外模磨损。
Archard wear model was added to the two-dimensional axisymmetric elasto-plastic finite element method. The friction coefficient, the thickness of copper tube and the drawing speed were analyzed by orthogonal test. At the same time, the friction coefficients of the core, the outer mold and the copper tube were compared respectively.
