为分析不同界面剂对新老混凝土的粘结效果,选用普通硅酸盐水泥混凝土、矿渣水泥混凝土和复合型水泥混凝土作为试验混凝土,选择水泥净浆、掺粉煤灰的水泥净浆和掺TG-1固结剂的水泥净浆作为试验粘结剂进行了劈拉强度试验。试验结果表明:水泥净浆界面剂粘结效果总体上随着水灰比的增加而减弱;掺粉煤灰的水泥净浆作为界面剂时,粉煤灰的掺量在20%~40%时粘结效果最好;掺TG-1固结剂的水泥净浆的粘结效果是随着TG-1固结剂掺量的增加而增强。
In order to analyze the bonding effect of different interface agents on old and new concrete, Portland cement concrete, slag cement concrete and composite cement concrete were chosen as the test concrete. The cement paste, cement paste mixed with fly ash and TG -1 cementing agent as a test binder cement splitting tensile strength test. The results show that the bonding effect of the cement paste on the whole decreases with the increase of the water-cement ratio. When the cement paste with fly ash is used as the interfacial agent, the content of fly ash is between 20% and 40% The bonding effect is best; the cementing effect of cement paste with TG-1 consolidating agent is enhanced with the increase of the content of TG-1 consolidating agent.
