提出了一种适用于发动机前置前驱经济型轿车的功率分流式无级变速器技术方案,分析了该技术方案的工作原理,并应用虚拟样机技术进行了三维建模和分析;建立了设计参数与变速器性能的定量关系;以提高变速器效率以及传动速比范围为优化目标,对主要设计参数进行了优化;建立了该变速器的仿真模型并嵌入到了整车基本性能仿真软件ADVISOR中,通过仿真计算,验证了变速器主要性能参数设计的合理性。
A technical proposal of a power split type continuously variable transmission which is suitable for an economical front passenger car of an engine is proposed. The working principle of the technical scheme is analyzed, and the three-dimensional modeling and analysis are carried out by using the virtual prototype technology. The design parameters and The quantitative relationship between the transmission performance and the transmission performance is optimized. The main design parameters are optimized to improve the transmission efficiency and transmission ratio range. The transmission simulation model is established and embedded into the vehicle basic performance simulation software ADVISOR.
