目前汤河水库饮用水水源地在水量方面存在备用水源不完备等问题;在水质方面存在水源地基础设施不健全、存在安全隐患等问题;安全监控体系也不完善;水源地管理存在不明确、不系统的问题。为此,本文提出了水库饮用水水源地安全达标的保护性对策,旨在为辽阳市和鞍山市人民群众身心健康提供基础保障。
At present, the drinking water source of Tanghe Reservoir has some problems, such as the incomplete water supply in terms of water quantity, etc. There are some problems in the water quality such as the imperfect infrastructures of water sources, potential safety problems and so on; the safety monitoring system is also not perfect; the management of water sources is not clear, Not a systematic problem. Therefore, this paper puts forward the protective countermeasures for the safe compliance of drinking water sources in reservoirs, so as to provide the basic guarantee for the people’s health in Liaoyang and Anshan.
