目的预测某污水泵站职业病危害因素的种类和危害程度,并分析其关键控制点。方法采用设计资料综合分析法、类比法、事故案例分析法等进行识别与分析。结果该污水泵站运行过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素有硫化氢、氨、甲硫醇、噪声等,职业病危害因素接触关键控制点为泵站地下检维修、清淤等作业。结论污水泵站项目涉及有限空间作业,建议制定并严格执行井下检维修、清淤等作业程序,加强应急通风,完善应急预案,将职业病危害风险控制在最低限度。
Objective To predict the type and degree of harm of occupational hazards in a sewage pumping station and analyze its key control points. Methods The method of comprehensive analysis of design data, analogy method and accident case analysis method were used to identify and analyze. Results The occupational hazards that may occur during the operation of the sewage pumping station include hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, methyl mercaptan and noise. The key control points of occupational hazards are underground inspection and maintenance and dredging of pump stations. Conclusion The sewage pumping station project involves limited space operations. It is suggested that the work procedures of downhole inspection and maintenance, dredging and so on should be formulated and strictly enforced. Emergency ventilation should be strengthened and contingency plans should be perfected to minimize the risk of occupational hazards.
