本试验以扬麦5号、宁麦895004为材料,研究了小麦籽粒灌浆过程和不同施氮、磷、钾水平对灌浆的影响。两年试验结果表明,小麦灌浆速率品种间有明显差异,宁麦895004花后灌浆起步早,增长速度一直领先,最终粒重高于扬麦5号。增加磷钾投入能显著改善小麦灌浆。氮素投入量对小麦灌浆有很大影响,特别是后期保持植株适度的氮素营养水平是增加粒重的重要环节。后期小麦根系活力与灌浆速率、光合速率关系密切,提高后期植株营养水平能保持根系活力。
In this experiment, Yangmai 5 and Ningmai 895004 were used to study the effects of grain filling process and different levels of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on grain filling in wheat. The results of two years showed that there was a significant difference in grain filling rate among varieties. Ningmai 895004 had an early start of grain filling and its growth rate had been leading. The final grain weight was higher than that of Yangmai 5. Increasing phosphorus and potassium inputs can significantly improve wheat grain filling. Nitrogen input has a great influence on wheat grain filling, especially keeping the moderate nitrogen nutrition level of plant later is an important part of increasing grain weight. The root vigor of late wheat was closely related to the grain filling rate and photosynthetic rate, and the nutrition level of the later plants could maintain the root activity.
