第一条为了改进劳动组织,提高生产和工作效率,和妥善地处理工人、职员的退职问题,制定本暂行规定。第二条国营、公私合营的企业、事业单位和国家机关、人民团体(以下称企业、机关)的工人、职员,合于下列情况之一的,按照退职处理:(一)年老体衰,经劳动鉴定委员会或者医师证明不能继续从事原职工作,在本企业、机关内部确实无轻便工作可分配,而又不合退休条件的;
Article 1 These Provisional Regulations are formulated in order to improve labor organization, increase production and work efficiency, and properly handle the issue of workers and staff members leaving employment. Article 2 Workers and staff members of state-owned, public-private-owned joint ventures and enterprises, public institutions, and state agencies and people’s organizations (hereinafter referred to as enterprises and agencies), in the following circumstances, shall be resigned for treatment: (1) Labor appraisal committee or medical certificate that can not continue to work in their original position, in the enterprise, the agency does not light work can be allocated, but not eligible for retirement;
