作者采用酶联免疫法测定潜在性鼻变态反应合并小儿哮喘36例鼻分泌物及鼻粘膜中的螨特异性 IgE 抗体量。36例中男27例,女9例;年龄8至15岁,平均11.7±2.2岁。以室内尘土鼻变态反应28例为对照。结果:血清中螨特异性 IgE 抗体量:哮喘组为15.89±4.51PRU/ml(n=34);鼻变态反应组为15.25±5.01(n=26),两组均显高值,两组间无明显差别。鼻粘膜表层中螨特异性 IgE 抗体:哮喘组为3.51±4.68PRU/ml(n=34);鼻变态反应组为3.22±3.79(n=28),大致相等。未经激发时鼻分泌物中螨特异性 IgE 抗体:哮喘组为5.55±7.49PRU/ml(n=35);鼻变态反应组为9.58±7.87(n=25)。鼻变态反应组显示有统计学意义的高值。经室内尘土激发5
The authors used enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to determine the amount of mite-specific IgE antibodies in nasal secretions and nasal mucosa in 36 patients with potential nasal allergy and pediatric asthma. There were 27 males and 9 females in 36 cases, ranging in age from 8 to 15 years with an average of 11.7 ± 2.2 years. In indoor dust nasal allergy in 28 cases as a control.
