先前的观察和数据模型表明Lorenz-RR散点图(1h)呈倒“丫”字形图形,但进一步的观察发现(计算机提供了全程24hRR间期散点图),足够多的室性并行心律的个数(24h均有发生,室性早搏占总心搏的比例大)所呈现的图形却不呈倒“丫”字形,笔者列举典型3例大数据室性并行心律患者,男性1例、女性2例,年龄分别为32、76、67岁。24h总心搏数分别为117 673、115 780、123 637次,室性并行心律的室性异位搏动分别为7 510、6 505、11 593次,分别占总心搏的6.4%、5.6%、9.4%,平均每小时室性早搏数分别为313、325、483次。全程RR间期散点图均呈“△”形组合,从24h时间RR间期(t-RR)散点图中逆向观察任意1h的t-RR散点图及相应的1hLorenzRR散点图,发现绝大多数的1hLorenz-RR散点图呈现倒“丫”字形图形,亦有少数呈现“△”形组合图形,但点的分布较稀疏。隐藏室性早搏后点及窦性心律散点图集后,更清晰地显示了室性早搏点及室性早搏前点的散点集呈现的△形图形。结论:窦性心律合并室性并行心律的大数据Lorenz-RR散点图呈△形组合图形,其△形的各边为其节律的边界线,表达了相应的电生理意义。

The scatter plots of the whole RR interval showed a combination of “△ ” shape and the t-RR scatter plot at 1h and the corresponding 1hLorenzRR scatter plot were reversely observed from the scatterplot of RR intervals (t-RR) at 24h It is found that the vast majority of 1hLorenz-RR scatterpots have inverted Y-shaped glyphs and a small number of combinations with “△” -shaped glyphs, but the distribution of points is sparse. After hiding the ventricular premature ventricular contractions and sinus rhythm scatter plot, the △ -shaped pattern of the ventricular premature ventricular and ventricular premature beats is displayed more clearly. CONCLUSIONS: The big data Lorenz-RR scatter plot of sinus rhythm with ventricular arrhythmia shows a combination of △-shaped patterns. The sides of the △ -shapes are the boundary lines of their rhythms, indicating the corresponding electrophysiological significance.
