近年来随着金融市场的不断发展变化,各家商业银行纷纷进行了股份制改革,新兴金融机构也如雨后春笋般不断涌现,金融市场的格局发生着重大变革,经营更加规范化、竞争更加激烈。然而,各家传统商业银行却在经营模式、产品、服务等方面存在着同质化较为明显的问题。作为各方面起步较晚的农商行,如何在现有条件下发挥人力资本的重要作用,提升自身综合实力、应对新的竞争与挑战是一项值得研究的重要议题。
In recent years, with the constant development and changes in the financial markets, various commercial banks have successively carried out shareholding system reforms. Emerging financial institutions have also emerged mushroomed. Major changes have taken place in the pattern of the financial markets. Their operations are more standardized and the competition more fierce. However, each traditional commercial bank has more obvious problems of homogeneity in its business models, products and services. As a far-sighted rural commercial bank in all respects, how to exert the important role of human capital under the existing conditions to enhance its own overall strength and to cope with new competition and challenges is an important issue worthy of study.
