建立了一种测定芸香科柑橘属药材中柚皮苷及橙皮苷含量的新方法，即以苯甲酸钠为内标物，采用胶束电动毛细管电泳法，可将上述药材中柚皮苷、橙皮苷和内标物较好分离。加样回收率柚皮苷为９８．５％，橙皮苷为９６． ７％。该方法简便、准确、重现性好，可作为柚皮苷和橙皮苷的含量控制方法。
A new method to determine the content of naringin and hesperidin in Citrus spp. Of Rutaceae was established. By using sodium benzoate as internal standard and using micellar electrokinetic capillary electrophoresis, naringin and orange Pigeon and internal standard better separation. The recoveries of naringin were 98.5% and hesperidin 96. 7%. The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used as a method for content control of naringin and hesperidin.
