所谓应用型人才是指能将专业知识和技能应用于所从事的工作当中的一种人才类型,主要从事一线生产的技术或专业人才,社会对于这种人才需求量很大。目前国内许多高校开始重视应用型人才培养模式,不断强化实践教学环节,培养学生的实践与创新能力。而心理学课程一直以来都是高校教育中的重要内容,对于处于大学期间学生的学习、生活、思想教育具有重要的影响。所以高校应对公共心理学课程进行改革,提升学生的就业竞争力,帮助他们形成正确的三观,客观地对待社会现象,提高学生心理素质,为社会培养出更多的应用型人才。本文主要研究了应用型人才培养模式下公共心理学教学存在问题以及解决对策,以期提高高校公共心理学教育质量。
The so-called application of talent refers to the ability to apply professional knowledge and skills in the work of a type of talent, mainly engaged in front-line production technology or professionals, the community for such a large demand. At present, many colleges and universities in China have begun to attach importance to the training model of applied talents, constantly strengthening practical teaching and cultivating their practical and innovative abilities. The psychology course has always been an important part of college education, and plays an important role in the study, life and ideological education of students in college. Therefore, colleges and universities should reform the public psychology curriculum to enhance the employment competitiveness of students, help them to form the correct concept, objectively treat social phenomena, improve their psychological quality and cultivate more applied talents for the society. This paper mainly studies the existing problems and countermeasures of public psychology teaching under the mode of applied talents training in order to improve the quality of public psychology education in colleges and universities.
