目的:研究睾丸激素受体4相关蛋白(TR4-associated Protein,TRA16)在非小细胞肺癌组织(NSCLC)中的表达特点及其与肺癌发生、发展之间的相互关系。方法:以免疫组织化学方法结合组织芯片技术研究TRA16在各类NSCLC组织、肺良性病变组织及正常肺组织中的表达情况。结果:TRA16蛋白在NSCLC细胞浆和/或细胞核内具有较高的阳性表达率(88.64%),而在肺良性肿瘤及正常肺组织中均无阳性表达,表明TRA16在NSCLC组织中特异性高表达。在不同病理类型和不同分化程度的NSCLC中,TRA16的表达没有明显的差异。结论:首先发现TRA16在NSCLC组织中特异性高表达;TRA16在NSCLC组织中的异常表达,提示其可能与肿瘤的发生、发展相关,有可能成为一个新的潜在的与NSCLC相关的肿瘤标志物。
Objective: To investigate the expression of TRA-16 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its relationship with the occurrence and development of lung cancer. Methods: The expression of TRA16 in various NSCLC tissues, benign lung tissues and normal lung tissues was studied by immunohistochemistry and tissue microarray. Results: TRA16 protein had a higher positive rate (88.64%) in NSCLC cytoplasm and / or nucleus, but not in benign lung tumors and normal lung tissues, indicating that TRA16 is highly expressed in NSCLC tissues . In different pathological types and different degrees of differentiation of NSCLC, TRA16 expression no significant difference. CONCLUSION: TRA16 was found to be highly expressed in NSCLC tissues. Abnormal expression of TRA16 in NSCLC tissues suggests that TRA16 may be related to the occurrence and development of NSCLC. It may become a new potential tumor marker associated with NSCLC.
