目的建立工作场所空气中的游离六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)的液相色谱法。方法以C8柱为分析柱,采用紫外检测器,用乙腈/0.01 mol/L乙酸铵溶液作为流动相,通过液相色谱法分析工作场所空气中游离HDI的含量。结果该方法的线性范围广、检出限较低,同时方法的回收率、精密度等都能满足检测要求,为工作场所空气中游离HDI的检测提供了可靠的方法。本方法在0.015μg/ml~5μg/ml范围呈线性关系,检出限为0.015μg/ml;最低检出浓度为0.0005 mg/m3(以采集60 L空气样品计)。结论通过涂有衍生剂1-(2-吡啶)哌嗪(1-2PP)的玻璃纤维滤纸采集空气中游离HDI样品,用液相色谱分析法,该研究适用于工作场所空气中游离六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的检测分析。
Objective To establish a liquid chromatography of free hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) in the air of the workplace. Methods The C8 column was used as the analytical column. The content of free HDI in the air of the workplace was analyzed by liquid chromatography with an ultraviolet detector and acetonitrile / 0.01 mol / L ammonium acetate solution as the mobile phase. Results The method has a wide linear range and a low detection limit. Meanwhile, the recovery and precision of the method can meet the detection requirements and provide a reliable method for the detection of free HDI in the air of workplace. The method has a linear relationship in the range of 0.015μg / ml ~ 5μg / ml. The detection limit is 0.015μg / ml. The minimum detectable concentration is 0.0005mg / m3 (for collecting 60L air sample). Conclusion Free HDI samples were collected from glass fiber filter paper coated with 1- (2-pyridyl) piperazine (1-2PP) and analyzed by liquid chromatography.
