为研究高温与不同浓度CO联合作用,对大鼠脑及内脏器官热应激蛋白60(HSP60)和热应激蛋白70(HSP70)含量的影响,采用了免疫斑点印渍膜技术。主要结果为:①随CO浓度增加,HSP60的含量变化在脑内与肛温变化一致,在心脏中则相反,在脾、肾和肝中基本上是持续递增。联合作用的效应是,在脾和肾中表现为协同效应,在脑与肝中表现为拮抗效应,在心脏中表现为协同降低效应。②HSP70含量随CO浓度的变化,在5种脏器中各有特征。联合作用的效应是,在脑中表现为协同效应,而在其余4种脏器中表现为拮抗效应。③CO浓度为693.6mg/m3时,多数脏器中HSP60、HSP70蛋白含量及大鼠体温的反应最为灵敏
In order to study the effect of combined action of high temperature and different concentrations of CO on the content of heat shock protein 60 (HSP60) and heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in rat brain and visceral organs, immunofluorescent stain technique was used. The main results are as follows: ①With the increase of CO concentration, the change of content of HSP60 is consistent with rectal temperature in the brain, but opposite in the heart, and basically continues to increase in the spleen, kidney and liver. The synergistic effect is that it shows a synergistic effect in the spleen and kidney, an antagonistic effect in the brain and liver, and a synergistic decrease in the heart. ②HSP70 content with the CO concentration changes in 5 kinds of organs have their own characteristics. The combined effects of the effect is that in the brain showed a synergistic effect, while the remaining four kinds of organs showed antagonistic effects. ③CO concentration of 693.6mg / m3, the majority of organs in the HSP60, HSP70 protein content and body temperature in rats most sensitive to the reaction
