本文报道用扫描和透射电镜观察钉螺体内人工感染大陆品系日本血吸虫的35d、52d、70d龄母胞蚴及其体内未成熟子胞蚴、迁移中的子胞蚴和已到螺肝组织内子胞蚴的超微结构。结果表明除了一些与前人在曼氏血吸虫或日本血吸虫胞蚴所报道相似外,首次提出母胞蚴体表微绒毛聚合池、子胞蚴体棘的发生、子胞蚴体被的多膜囊、各型胞蚴实质细胞的胞浆含有丰富的α糖原颗粒和迁移中子胞蚴的前端及到达肝组织子胞蚴狭窄区的肌纤维束走向。
