主要论述了用于双金属轴瓦带村连续烧结生产线所用高铅铜合金球形粉末的制取工艺。进行了不同雾化工艺的对比。证明了氮气雾化氮气冷却是制取球形合金粉末的较好工艺,该工艺生产的粉末球化率高、松装密度大、流动性好、生产工艺稳定,适应大生产要求。
Mainly elaborated the manufacturing process of the high lead-copper alloy spherical powder used in the continuous sintering production line of bimetallic bearing bush. A comparison of different atomization processes was carried out. It is proved that nitrogen atomization nitrogen cooling is a better process for preparing spherical alloy powder. The powder produced by the process has high nodularity, bulk density, good fluidity, stable production process and adaptability to large-scale production requirements.
