(Benxi hearing) September 18, 2010 to 20, “the thirteenth moisture and water academic exchange” and “2010 thermal, flow regulations and publicity cum measurement technology exchange meeting” in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province Organized. The conference was sponsored by the First Measurement and Testing Research Center of China National Defense Science and Technology (AVIC Beijing Great Wall Measurement and Testing Technology Institute). Dozens of metrology institutes and nearly 30 from the national defense science and technology industrial system
