心脏α受体的研究始于六十年代,但对α受体在心脏中存在的生理、药理、心脏病理及其临床意义都还未完全弄清。本文着重介绍近年在心脏α受体方面的研究进展。一,心脏α受体的个体发育:1980年Yamda等〔1,2〕发现新生小鼠心脏的α_1受体在交感突触前成份发育以前就已出现。他们利用6-羟多巴胺(6-Hy(?)roxydopamine;6-OHD)破坏新生小鼠的肾上腺素能神经末梢,发现其心室及室间隔α_1受体数量
Studies of cardiac alpha receptors began in the 1960s, but the physiology, pharmacology, cardiac pathology and their clinical significance of alpha receptors in the heart have not yet been fully understood. This article focuses on recent years in cardiac α receptor research.
