针对传统真空预压法在加固高含水量吹填土时存在的诸如易形成泥膜阻碍排水、排水板易折断等缺点,提出了复式真空管井法加固技术。在相同抽真空条件下的室内对比试验成果表明,经该法加固后的软土十字板强度、含水量两个指标均明显优于传统真空预压法。与传统真空预压法相比,复式真空管井法具有负压损失小、排水效率高、加固时间短等优势。主要介绍了该方法的加固机理和具体管井的设计细节,具有较高参考价值。
Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional vacuum preloading method such as easy to form muddy membrane and easy to break when draining soil with high water content, the double vacuum tube well method is proposed. The results of indoor contrast test under the same evacuation conditions show that the strength and water content of the cross-shaped soft clay strengthened by this method are obviously better than the traditional vacuum preloading method. Compared with the traditional vacuum preloading method, the double vacuum tube well method has the advantages of small negative pressure loss, high drainage efficiency and short reinforcement time. This paper mainly introduces the reinforcement mechanism of this method and the design details of tube well, which has a higher reference value.
