实验用不同浓度的PHA、ConA、PWM研究了对正常人血内淋巴细胞的激活效应,观察了PHA、ConA及PWM激活后的增殖特性。其增殖高峰分别出现在第5、4、6天。可见不同丝裂原激活的淋巴细胞各具不同的代谢活力及增殖状态。分别反映着血中不同淋巴细胞群的特性。
Experiments used different concentrations of PHA, ConA, PWM to study the activation of lymphocytes in normal human blood, and observed the proliferation characteristics of PHA, ConA and PWM after activation. The peak of proliferation appeared on the 5th, 4th and 6th days respectively. It can be seen that different mitogen-activated lymphocytes have different metabolic activities and proliferation states. Respectively reflect the characteristics of different lymphocyte populations in the blood.
