人们习惯将锑(Sb)凝固点(630.74℃)温度以上划成高温区,把10~4K 以上温度范围叫超高温,10~7K 以上的温度范围称极高温。象太阳等星体内的温度、热核武器实验的爆炸瞬间温度、受控热核反应中的温度均属超高温或极高温的状态。对超高温以上的温度,常以电子伏特 eV 来表示温度。1 eV 是电量为 e 的基本电荷在通过 1 V 的电压降的电场时所具有的能量。我们用与之相当的等效能量来表示温度。
