胚胎期多系统发育异常常导致先天性心脏病合并非心脏畸形(congenital heart defect with extracardiac malformations,CHD合并EM)的发生,可能与表观遗传修饰改变相关。基因组印记作为表观遗传修饰的方式之一,在胚胎早期发育过程中起重要作用。已有研究表明,作为印记基因网络中的一员,n Zac1基因通过调节其他印记基因从而影响多系统发育,尤其是心脏发育。然而Zac1印记基因网络在胚胎期多系统发育中的作用和具体机制尚未阐明。现就Zac1印记基因网络在胚胎期多系统发育中的作用作一综述。n “,”Embryonic development disorders usually result in congenital heart defect with extracardiac malformations, which have been proved to be associated with epigenetics alternations.Genomic imprinting, as an epigenetic mechanism, plays an important role in early embryonic development.Previous studies have shown that the n Zac1 gene, as a member of the imprinted gene network, affects the development of multiple systems, especially cardiac system, by altering the expression of several imprinted genes.However, the detailed mechanism of n Zac1 gene related imprinting network in CHD combined with EM has not been elucidated.This paper reviews the role of Zac1 imprinted gene network in embryonic development of multiple systems.n
