本文主要研究不同极性和孔结构的大孔树脂对脲酶的吸附作用,以及脲酶溶液的浓度、纯度和pH等对脲酶吸附作用的影响。
In this paper, the adsorption of urease by macroporous resins with different polarities and pore structures and the effect of concentration, purity and pH of urease solution on the adsorption of urease were studied.
