8月1日,天津武清区发生一起旅游客车与货车相撞的较大事故,造成4人死亡,48人受伤,涉事客车超速行驶、安全带均捆绑在坐垫下方无法使用是导致乘客伤亡的直接原因.为切实维护广大人民群众生命安全,防止此类悲剧再次发生,公安部交管局日前曝光旅游客运车辆四大乱象,呼吁广大交通参与者假期出行,安全第一,发现违法违规车辆,坚决抵制,及时举报,共同维护平安和谐的道路交通环境.
