伴随着我国对专业硕士学位日益提高的关注,社会对优秀的专业学位研究生的期望和需求也愈发强烈。然而,高校的专业学位硕士培养进程却不尽如人意。由于高校专业学位硕士培养存在着缺陷,难以培养出充足的创新型人才来满足建立创新型国家的愿景。为此,本文以经管类专业为例,探讨专业学位硕士教学模式在培养创新能力存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。
With the increasing attention of our country to professional master’s degree, the expectation and demand of postgraduates of excellent professional degree in society are also growing stronger. However, the process of professional master’s degree training in colleges and universities is not satisfactory. Due to the shortcomings of master’s degree programs in colleges and universities, it is difficult to cultivate enough innovative talents to meet the vision of establishing an innovative country. Therefore, this article takes the economics and management specialty as an example to discuss the existing problems in cultivating innovative ability of the professional degree master’s teaching mode, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
