目的 :探讨下颌智齿阻生对于邻牙远中面细菌分布的影响。方法 :选取我院自2014年3月~2014年6月间来我院进行智齿阻生相关检查的患者200例作为研究对象,其中有172例受检者进行临床和影像学检查,判断其智齿阻生的类型,同时对智齿邻牙的细菌分布进行研究。结果 :该组患者中智齿阻生类型主要有3种,分别是垂直阻生、水平阻生和前倾阻生,比例分别为41.0%(82例)、31.5%(63例)、13.5%(27例);其中前倾阻生邻牙变异链球菌的比例均值最高为(50.23±6.83)%,与垂直阻生患者数据对比差异显著;垂直阻生邻牙乳酸杆菌比例均值最高为(1.01±0.57)%,与其他两组对比差异无统计学意义。结论 :下颌智齿阻生会影响邻牙远中面的细菌分布,为青少年口腔疾病的预防护理治疗提供参考和依据。
Objective: To investigate the effect of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth on the distribution of bacteria in the distal midtide. Methods: A total of 200 patients from our hospital from March 2014 to June 2014 were enrolled in this study. Among them, 172 subjects underwent clinical and radiological examinations to determine their wisdom teeth The type of impaction, at the same time, the distribution of bacteria on the wisdom tooth adjacent teeth were studied. Results: There were three types of occlusion of wisdom teeth in this group: vertical occlusion, horizontal occlusion and anterior oblique occlusion, with the rates of 41.0% (82 cases), 31.5% (63 cases), 13.5% ( 27 cases). Among them, the average of the mean value of S. odontoideum was (50.23 ± 6.83)%, which was significantly different from that of the patients with vertical resistance (P <0.05) 0.57)%, no significant difference compared with the other two groups. Conclusion: Implantation of mandibular wisdom teeth will affect the distribution of bacteria in the far side of the adjacent teeth and provide references and evidences for the prevention and treatment of oral diseases in adolescents.
