金针菇又名金钱菇、朴菇、构菌等,是属冬季栽培的一种食用菌。其菌盖小而粘滑、菌柄长,质脆嫩味美,且具有抗癌和增进儿童智力的作用,深受人们欢迎。但目前所用瓶栽法,成本高,工艺复杂。为了促进金针菇的发展,我们从1985年11月开始,连续三年,利用自然温度生料地沟栽培金针菇,获得了较好结果。其生物学效率均达70％以上。现将试验总结如下:材料与方法1、参试菌种是引自福建三明真菌研究所,代号:FLOI。2、培养料:无变质发霉的棉籽皮99％、石灰1％。3、地沟设计与建造:地沟可设在大田(白
