文章以中国人际关系的差序格局性为切入点,分析差序格局下领导部属关系所呈现出的新特点,并在此基础上构建领导部属关系的圈层结构模型,进而分析具有“差序格局”的领导部属关系对员工绩效实现的影响。研究结果提出了这样的假设:在“差序格局”的文化背景的影响下,具有差序格局性的领导部属关系对员工在达成绩效的影响上呈现出与西方组织情境下具有完全不同的作用模式,当组织呈现出的差序氛围较低时两者才会是正向关系;而信任度、员工的公平感知与领导部属关系的交互作用对员工绩效有着显著的正向影响。
