目的 :了解水面舰艇和核潜艇长航条件对艇员血清矿物元素水平的影响 ,探讨其对艇员健康的意义。方法 :研究对象随机分为水面舰艇组、核潜艇组和岸勤组 (对照 )。Na、K检测用全自动生化仪 ;采用等离子体发射光谱法测定Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn、Mo和Cd、Pb、Al、Cr、Co。结果 :水面舰艇组和核潜艇组航后艇员血清中的常量元素Mg均明显低于航前和岸勤组 (P <0 .0 5 )。水面舰艇组航后艇员血清中的微量元素Zn和Fe均较航前降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;核潜艇组航后艇员血清Zn较航前和岸勤组降低非常显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,血清Fe较航前显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血清Mn和血清Mo均较航前显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。水面舰艇组和核潜艇组航后血清中的有毒元素Cd、Pb、Al、Cr、Co较航前均有增高趋向。结论 :长航对艇员血清矿物元素的水平产生明显影响 ,其中又以核潜艇长航的影响为著 ,提示有必要进一步加强长航艇员体内元素代谢与健康关系的研究 ,并采取有力预防措施 ,确保长航艇员的健康和战斗力
OBJECTIVE: To understand the influence of surface ships and submarine long-haul conditions on serum elemental levels of sailors, and to explore their significance to the health of sailors. Methods: The subjects were randomly divided into surface ship group, nuclear submarine group and shore group (control). Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, Mo and Cd, Pb, Al, Cr and Co were determined by plasma emission spectrometry. Results: The constant element Mg in the serum of naval vessels and submarine groups was significantly lower than that of the pre-flight and shore-shore groups (P <0.05). The levels of Zn and Fe in serum of naval vessels were lower than those before flight (P <0.05), and the serum Zn of nuclear submarine group was significantly lower than that of pre-flight and shore-based groups (P < 0. 01), serum Fe significantly increased (P <0. 05), serum Mn and serum Mo significantly decreased compared with pre-flight (P <0.05). Cd, Pb, Al, Cr and Co, the toxic elements in the post-flight serum of surface ships and nuclear submarines, were higher than those before flight. CONCLUSION: The long voyage has a significant effect on the levels of serum mineral elements in sailors. In particular, the impact of long-range nuclear submarines is a sign of the need to further strengthen the study on the relationship between elemental metabolism and health in long sailboats and to take effective preventive measures , To ensure the health and combat effectiveness of long sailors
