本文报告外路小梁切开术治疗婴幼儿青光眼２５例３０只眼，平均随访７．５个月，完全成功率为７６．９％，部分成功率为８０．７６％。手术中多见的并发症为小量前房出血，多发生在第二刀进入右侧输林氏管扫切后，出血均为暂时性的，多在术后１－３天内完全吸收，对手术后果无不良影响。本文结果表明，该手术安全有效，特别适合于角膜混浊无法行房角切开时，文章对作巩膜瓣、寻找输林氏管以及小梁切开刀的选择等进行了讨论。
This article reports external trabeculectomy for the treatment of infantile glaucoma in 25 cases and 30 eyes, with an average follow-up of 7.5 months, the complete success rate was 76.9%, the partial success rate was 80.76%. The more common complication in operation is the small amount of anterior chamber hemorrhage, which occurs more frequently after the second knife enters the right-sided Linden tube and the hemorrhage is temporary. Most of them are completely absorbed within 1-3 days after operation. No adverse consequences of surgery. The results show that the surgery is safe and effective, particularly suitable for corneal opacity incision angle can not be cut, the article for the scleral flap, looking for Lin tube and the selection of trabecular incision and so on were discussed.
