目的通过对颅内脑膜瘤的MRI信号特点与瘤周信号征像的分析和探讨,从而提高对颅内脑膜瘤的认知与诊断。方法回顾性分析15例颅内脑膜瘤低场MRI。结果经病理证实,脑膜瘤多数在T1加权像为等高信号,T2加权像为等高信号。钙化、流空血管及硬脑膜“尾”征等相关影像改变对脑膜瘤诊断有很大帮组。结论脑膜瘤有其特征性MRI表现,低场MRI亦能显示肿瘤包膜、瘤内囊样变以及血肿、病灶大小、水肿和周围结构的改变,是首选为脑膜瘤的检查方法。
Objective To improve the cognition and diagnosis of intracranial meningiomas by analyzing and discussing the characteristics of MRI signals and signs of tumor signals in intracranial meningiomas. Methods Retrospective analysis of 15 cases of intracranial meningioma low field MRI. Results confirmed by pathology, most of meningioma in the T1 weighted image is the contour signal, T2 weighted image is the contour signal. Calcification, flow empty blood vessels and dura mater “tail ” signs and other related image changes on the diagnosis of meningioma has a lot of help. Conclusions Meningioma has its characteristic MRI manifestations. Low-field MRI can also show the changes of tumor capsule, tumor-like internal capsule and hematoma, lesion size, edema and surrounding structures. It is the first choice for detection of meningiomas.
