英语和德语同属印欧语系日耳曼语族,二者有着深厚的亲缘关系,在许多方面存在相似之处。德国作为当今世界上的经济与科技大国,吸引着越来越多的在校大学生将德语作为第二外语学习。在二外德语教学中巧妙地引入英语和德语的对比,有助于学习者更好地了解这两种语言,提高德语学习兴趣和效率。本文试从语音、词汇和句法层面对英语和德语进行对比,探讨两种语言的异同,证明语际对比对二外德语教学具有促进作用。
English and German belong to Indo-European Germanic family. They have deep kinship and are similar in many aspects. Germany, as a major economic and technological country in the world today, attracts more and more university students to learn German as a second foreign language. The skillful introduction of the contrast between English and German in the teaching of foreigners in German and foreign languages helps learners to better understand the two languages and improve their interest and efficiency in learning German. This paper tries to compare English and German from the perspectives of pronunciation, vocabulary and syntax, and discusses the similarities and differences between the two languages, and proves that the inter-lingual contrast has a positive effect on German teaching in foreign languages.
