青海省人民政府令第111号《青海省国家赔偿费用管理办法》已经2015年10月13日省人民政府第51次常务会议审议通过,现予公布,自公布之日起施行。省长郝鹏2015年10月14日第一条为了加强国家赔偿费用管理,保障公民、法人和其他组织享有依法取得国家赔偿的权利,促进国家机关依法行使职权,根据《中华人民共和国国家赔偿法》(以下简称国家赔偿法)和《国家赔偿费用管理条例》,结合本省实际,制定本办法。第二条本办法所称国家赔偿费用,是指依法应当向赔偿请求人赔偿的费用。
